측정원리
측정원리의 개념으로 볼 때, 전기적으로 전도성이 있는 액상만 측정할 수 있습니다.
측정은 “전기적으로 전도성을 가진 액체가 자장을 통과하여 흐를떄 기전력이 발생하며 그 크기는
자속밀도와 속도에 비례한다. 는 파라데이의 전자 유도의 법칙에 의해 결정되어 집니다.
전자 유량센서의 안쪽으로, 유체의 흐름방향에 대해 직각으로 형성된 자계를 통해 흘러가게됩니다.
전압은 전기적으로 전도성이 있는 유체의 흐름에 의해 유도됩니다.
유도 전압은 유속과 비례하기 때문에 체적유량으로 환산이 가능합니다.
유도 전압은 유체와 접촉되는 한 쌍의 전극에 의해 감지되며 유량변환기로 전송되며 다양한 표준 출력신호들로 변환됩니다.
